Quick, easy, yummi omelet Cupcakes
Count one egg per Cupcake
Add a little bit of water,
about 2 tablespoons per egg
Mix it in with salt and pepper
Cut some sweet pepper in small pieces
And add it to the egg-mixture
Fill paperliners
these cupcakes will not rise, so fill them up!
In each Cupcake, put one small piece of broccoli on top
Bake them at 200C for about 20 minutes
Serve hot or cold
Mmmm!
