Makes about 15 portion-cakes
Preheat owen to 350F (175C)
12 ounces/350g chopped chocolate
1 cup/110g butter
Almost 2 cups/400g sugar
A tiny bit of salt
Almost 1 cup/90g flour
1/4 cup/30g Cocoa powder
In a heatproof bowl, combine the butter and chocolate
Put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes
Stir until smooth
Add the sugar
And i tiny bit of salt :)
Once again, stir it smooth
Add the eggs to combine
Whisk it till its all incorporated
Mesure up almost an entire cup of flour,
and topp it off with some cocoa powder
Sift it into the batter
But a bakingsheet in a deep pan
and spread out the batter
...bake it for about 20 minutes, and let it cool on a wire-rack!
