Oooooops! Cabin Cupcakes

I'm sorry, but the Pina Colada Cupcakes were eaten,
and no photos taken...

Naa, I'm lying.
I didnt make them yet! But I will :)

For now, please enjoy my 

Cabin Mini Cupcakes
with yoghurt

55g butter
115g sugar
1 egg
160g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1dl fruit yoghurt
1/2 dl milk

Stir the butter and sugar white and fluffy
Add the egg and beat well
Sift in the flour and baking powder
Then add all the yoghurt and milk

Simple as that :)

Bake the Cupcakes for about 15-20 minutes at 190C

Give your Cupcakes extra flavor

One drop goes a looong way,
and theres SO many different yummi flavors!
I bought mine on eBay :)

You can also use them for making frosting, cakepops, hard candy and all kinds of treats!

. . . . . . . . Peachy Macaroons

Surprisingly easy-to-make Peach Macaroons
with Chocolate ganache
Okay, so I know it's not a Cupcake.
But it is a small cake, and it's very, very cute!

All you need is almonds, eggwhites, powdered sugar, and sugar!
3 eggwhites
5 tbs sugar
100g almond flour
200g powdered sugar
1 - 2 drops of peach extract

Divide the eggwhites from the eggyolks
Let the almonds sink in hot water for about 5 minutes and scold them
Let them dry, then put them in a foodprocessor to make the flour

Whisk the eggwhites and sugar into marengs
Add the extract
Mix the almondflour with the powdered sugar
Gently add the dry ingredients to the marengs

Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes, 150C
Fill them with tasty chocolate ganache

...and take a bite!

Sunday Brunch Cupcakes

Quick, easy, yummi omelet Cupcakes

Count one egg per Cupcake

Add a little bit of water,
about 2 tablespoons per egg
Mix it in with salt and pepper
Cut some sweet pepper in small pieces
And add it to the egg-mixture
Fill paperliners
these cupcakes will not rise, so fill them up!
In each Cupcake, put one small piece of broccoli on top
Bake them at 200C for about 20 minutes
Serve hot or cold
Have a wonderful Sunday!

Cupcake Weekend Inspiration

Cookie Crunch Cupcakes
I made some Double Vanilla Cupcake batter
Crush some of your fav cookies... homemade or storebought!
Drizzle them over your already filled Cupcake liners
...The more the better!
Bake them like normal
Let them cool
I made some buttercream with a taste of coffee
Spread it on, and add another cookie
There you go!
