Surprisingly easy-to-make Peach Macaroons
with Chocolate ganache
Okay, so I know it's not a Cupcake.
But it is a small cake, and it's very, very cute!
All you need is almonds, eggwhites, powdered sugar, and sugar!
5 tbs sugar
100g almond flour
200g powdered sugar
1 - 2 drops of peach extract
Divide the eggwhites from the eggyolks
Let the almonds sink in hot water for about 5 minutes and scold them
Let them dry, then put them in a foodprocessor to make the flour
Whisk the eggwhites and sugar into marengs
Add the extract
Mix the almondflour with the powdered sugar
Gently add the dry ingredients to the marengs
Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes, 150C
Fill them with tasty chocolate ganache
...and take a bite!
