1 1/2 cup (180 g) flour
3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 stick butter, melted
3/4 cup buttermilk (kultura)
1/4 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
Mix the dry ingredients well.
In a different bowl, beat egg and butter, before you add in the buttermilk and milk.
Add the milkbatter to the flourmix, until just blended.
Toss in the yummi blueberries!
If you don't want a purple/blue-ish looking batter, spoon the blueberries in the cupcakeliners after filling them with batter.
Bake at 350F (175c) for about 20-25 minutes.
I used a buttercream with a hint of coffee.
Butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and a tiny splash of espresso.
