Make any vanilla Cupcake batter
Add Hersey's chocolate sirup
Put one Junior Mint on top of each Cupcake
it will sink :)
Frost it with your favorite frosting
add some mini marshmallows
Eat, and enjoy the smile on your cutie face

. . . . Brownie Portion-Cakes, HowTo!
Cut your brownie in cirkles with
a round cookie-cutter
Make the Cream Cheese filling!
140g butter
100g cream cheese
1dl powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla/mint extract
Use a pastry bag and fill the brownie cirkles...
Now layer them
I decorated mine with Junior Caramels(in Norway? Buy them at Ultra, Supra or 7eleven :)

. . . . . . . . Brownie Portion-cakes!
Makes about 15 portion-cakes
Preheat owen to 350F (175C)
12 ounces/350g chopped chocolate
1 cup/110g butter
Almost 2 cups/400g sugar
A tiny bit of salt
5 eggs
Almost 1 cup/90g flour
1/4 cup/30g Cocoa powder
In a heatproof bowl, combine the butter and chocolate
Put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes
Stir until smooth
Add the sugar
And i tiny bit of salt :)
Once again, stir it smooth
Add the eggs to combine
Whisk it till its all incorporated
Mesure up almost an entire cup of flour,
and topp it off with some cocoa powder
Sift it into the batter
But a bakingsheet in a deep pan
and spread out the batter
...bake it for about 20 minutes, and let it cool on a wire-rack!
