a round cookie-cutter
Make the Cream Cheese filling!
140g butter
100g cream cheese
1dl powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla/mint extract
Use a pastry bag and fill the brownie cirkles...
Now layer them
I decorated mine with Junior Caramels(in Norway? Buy them at Ultra, Supra or 7eleven :)
