A Carrotcake Cupcake!
Recipe
This is a moist, yummy Carrotcake Cupcake, with carrots, apples and walnuts.
Makes about 24 Cupcakes
Bake at 350F (180C) for 20 minutes
What you need
2 cups (260g) flour
1 1/2 teaspoon bakingpowder
A pinch of salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 eggs
1 cup (200g) sugar
1 cup (240ml) corn oil
3 finely grated raw carrots
2 grated apples
1 cup (100g) chopped walnuts
Mix the flour, bakingpowder, salt and cinnamon
In a different bowl mix the eggs, sugar and oil until you have a smooth thick batter.
Add the flourmix, and stir it well.
When this is all done, grab a big spatula and fold in the
carrots, apples and nuts.
Now bake!
