The process & the result
Guinness Cupcakes
120g unsaltet butter
1 cup Guinness
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cups sourcream
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

 Cut the butter into pieces
 Bring the butter and beer to a melt
 take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the cocoa
 Then add the sugar
 Stir till its a thick yummi butter/beer/chocolate darkness
 in a different bowl, mix the sourcream, eggs and vanilla
 just mix till its combined
 ...and add the mixture to the beermix
 it smells goooood
 Sift in the flour and bakingpowder
 Mix it all
 And get ready to bake for 
25 minutes 
at 350F (180C)
Let cool, and frost!
I used a creamy, tasty 
Carmel Creamcheese whipped frosting.
