Passionfruit Frosting

I took my StrawberryJam filled Cupcakes...

Made some passionfruit buttercream

1 cup butter

3 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup orange juice

The juice of one passionfruit (remove the seeds)

1 passionfruit for decorating

Fluff the room tempered butter with an electric mixer

Add the orange juice

Slowly add the powdered sugar, alittle at the time, mixing well after

Drop in the passionfruit juice!

put the frosting in a piping bag and decorate your Cupcakes!

  

And put some fresh passionfruit at the top!
