Brownie Cupcakes

And here's my recipe:

(makes about 20 Cupcakes)

250 g chocolate

225 g butter

500 g sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

6 large eggs

190 g flour

And heres what you do!

Chop your chocolate into chunks 

place it in a microwave proof bowl

along with the butter

Melt the butter and chocolate in the micro for about 2 minutes

 

Now, get the sugar

Stir the melted choc and butter well before you add the sugar

Once the sugar is blend in, let the batter cool for a few minutes

before you add the eggs

One at the time!

Stir well until all eggs are incorporated 

Now get the flour

Add half of the flour, and mix

Brownie batter done!

If you want, add 2 cups of your favorite candy into the batter

I put Daim in these brownie Cupcakes

the perfect brownie batter is thick and dark

Line a Cupcake pan

Get ready to do some scooping

Fill the liners up! About 2/3 full

These Cupcakes will rise while baking, then fall back down

Bake for about 20 minutes

at 325F (170C)

Coca Cola Cupcakes

Coca Cola Cupcakes

I'm experimenting today. 

Here is my Coca Cola Cupcake recipe:

1 cup Coca Cola

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/4 cup cocoa

25 Marshmallows 

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon bakingpowder

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 large eggs

And here's what you do:

Bring the Coca Cola, butter, oil and cocoa to a boil

Remove from the heat, put all the Marshmallows in the saucepan

put the lid on, and let them melt

This is gonna take a while

In a different bowl, mix the flour, sugar and bakingpowder

Lightly beat the eggs together

Now add the milk&cream to the flour mix

Mix it well, add the eggs and vanilla

The Marshmallows should be melted by now...stir well! 

Until it looks about like this:

It's time to mix it all together!

Add the Marshmallow/coca to the flour and milk batter 

I used red Cupcake liners for Coca Cola

Scoop scoop

Fill the liners about 2/3 full 

Bake your Coca Cola Cupcakes at 325F(160C) for 20 minutes

Frosting and decorating will be up later :)

How can you magically make a Cupcake?

Here are some of my Cupcake tips:

MIX - alot. Way more than you think.

BUTTER - needs to be room-temp.

VANILLA - is good. Use alot of it!

BAKE - until just golden, and place

the Cupcakes on a wire-rack to cool!

KEEP - in an airtight container.
